The three projects are the soon-to-be-delivered Green Court Office, the HomeWork project under construction and the Modiano project in the design phase. 

The focus for all projects is on people-centered design and quality, creating buildings that can serve tenants' needs in the long term, are efficient and prepared for the future with adaptable, flexible spaces. As a guarantee of this, the company has achieved Access4you Design Gold certification, which will be replaced by Design & Building certification on completion of the development. The certification and the Access4you European certification mark mean that all three properties provide a barrier-free, accessible environment for people with special needs, including people with disabilities.
